Specialty Sports Network is the largest ski and snowboard retailer in the Rocky Mountain Region, spanning over 100 stores in Colorado and California. With this many remote stores and over 1,000 employees, the bi-weekly payroll process was overloading the payroll department, consuming 20% of their time simply inputing employee hours faxed by each store.

2Paw Software designed an internet application (ePayroll) which simplified this process. An automated DLL retrieved information from each stores existing POS system, synchronized data with corporate, and allowed store owners to manage employee hours and bonuses. Corporate payroll could then simply export a file to their ADP payroll system. This project reduced errors, increased productivity and saved the corporate payroll department 4 days each month in wasted time.
